Grief Can Take Many Forms
Grief does not always feel like sadness. It can show up as anger, numbness, disappointment, or a sense that something is missing. You might be grieving what happened, what changed, or how someone did or did not show up for you.
It can feel easier to stay quiet, especially when the emotions are hard to name. But hiding what hurts can create distance where you long to feel close. Letting those feelings rise, even a little, can begin to soften the weight you are carrying.
